Waterproof AND non-breathable fabric

Hi,

Anyone know if there is such thing as a non-breathable fabric of any sort?

I appreciate the very fact that it is flexible will make something porous as it's weaved & not a single barrier (like glass or metal) but just looking at what options there might be.

Goretex claims to be breathable. Specifically, 3 layer goretex but it feels like youre wearing a garbage bag in regards to breathability.
