What if you live in a very nice area where entrepreneurs actually do live (based on the nice houses) and the undesirable ones just happen to live within one hour drive from you?

But otherwise I do agree with you. I don't really care about visiting and living in/near poor areas and usually spend way more time in very rich, safe, and prosperous areas. I even have a thread about it:

Eventually people got so pissed off that they resorted to vigilante justice. The next robbery gang that arrived, the locals didn't ring the police. They all went over to the property being robbed and beat the crap out of the gang for the whole afternoon. I don't think there was another robbery in the area for at least 5 years after that.

That is poetry, thank you for sharing that. I've never been to Ireland but I think I'd like it a lot.
