Hi Fastlaners,
I need an advice from you. I have done a lot of research, asked a few people, asked a lawyer(he didn't respond), asked ... No one knows, they are just guessing.
Sorry for the long blog post. You can just skip to Problems #1,#2 and see if you have the answer.
Background: I am a international student in Canada. I come from a small country in Europe. I got a scholarship through basketball and that is why I decided to come here and get a degree. I was an ordinary student who wanted to find a job after graduation, but then I read TMF and it completely changed the way I think. After TMF, I read few other books HTGR (Denis Felix) , Rich Dad Poor Dad, Think and grow rich ... All of them shaped the way I think. I changed my major to business in order to learn as much of the basic stuff as possible since I am "forced" to finish studying here if I want to start a company, or I can just go back home where is poverty and a small chance to succeed as an entrepreneur. We are talking about high crime rate , 400$ average monthly income per household...
I got to know myself better, finally set some goals and decide what I really wanted.
Now, I read TMF about 1 months ago. Before that I used to design logos on a website called 99designs and earned around 600$/month and that was enough to cover my student expenses.
I have also got into website design and development and online marketing. I am just a beginner at online marketing, but am learning a lot of new things from day to day.
I started few websites in the past, but none of them were a success since I didn't know how to rank them.
I started a new website now and am experimenting with what I am learning - I am improving really fast.
To cut the long story short, I wanted to immediately start my own company and start finding customers that wanted their website redesigned and ranked. I am really confident about this. I would target a specific niche with a huge need for this. I don't know if you watched Shark Tank a few weeks ago, but I got the idea from Real Estate Webmasters. I would do pretty much the same job as them in a more creative way and different niche. Then I came upon this huge problem:
Problem #1: Since I only have a Study Permit (Visa), I am not allowed to start my own business. I have spent weeks trying to find a solution to this problem. I found an article about this guy who was also an international student in canada and who started his own company. I reached to him through LinkedIn and he told me that there is no way to do this unless I get a Work Permit. In order to get a Work Permit I need to graduate first (3 more years). There is no other way apparently (at least I haven't found it).
Does anyone know a solution to this problem?
There is a similiar post on this forum where you guys adviced a student who is in a similar situation as me to partner up with a country citizen and then start a company. I checked and that is also not allowed.

I also had this other idea which would cover all of my expenses for company. I have the whole picture in my head. I want to design few websites, rank them and then monetize them. It is not an easy job but I can do it. I started working on it but then came upon another problem:
Problem #2: I would have different income streams on those few websites, but most of them would be subscription based. In order to receive money through PayPal, I need to have a business acc. In order to do that I need to have a Social Security Number. The next day I went to some government building (not sure of the name), filled all the paperwork and applied for SSN. Few hours later I obtained a SSN. Didn't try to open an account again because I came upon another problem. In order to make it legal, pay tax, I have to start a company here, open a company bank account and then connect it to PayPal which leads us to - PROBLEM # 1.
Anyone knows the solution?
Is there any other way to receive money from these websites?? If I can solve that, it is not a problem for me to wait until graduation(3 years). During that time I would work on my communication,marketing, selling, leadership, product creation, and other skills to be completely "ready" to start a company when I get a work permit.
