Rough outline:
1st year hire upto 5 staff (marketting, sales, and manager)
Expand to about 30 staff once cashflow gets us there (year 2-3).

I'll start with about a team of 5 on contract (I'll do some initial scouting of marketting opportunities myself and test some sales processes, outline the managerial process) then after I get seed cashflow, I'll round up that team.
I'll outline some team targets, and hopefully we can get expansion happening fast and can put on a team for development.

I'm tired/don't give a f#ck
I'm sick of people riding my a## waiting for this biz to launch, its going to launch when its ready, and huzzah! We'll be in the Mula.

But do I care?

Tbh, no.
I really don't care.

I've spent years laboring on this biz, I went through a lot to get it up onto its feet. I'm no longer in that same mad rush, like it isn't going to get done, it is done, basically.
Promises kept, character built, and I'll be d#mned if anyone tells me to scooch it along.

Scooch yourself, away from my process :p

I'm taking time to get ME back.
Because I don't give a d#mn about sugar coated rhetoric, and back patts.
I'm living my life and no one is going to tell me how that is done, as if I don't follow their advice my biz wont make it.
If I followed their biz my business wouldn't exist, so those who were not there in the creation have no say in how its done from now on.

Ask me if I give a d#mn about some other guys thoughts on it. Nope.

You have to be your own person, forget all other people's cr#p.
Its just self importance bleeding out onto you, as if controlling you has any remarkeable power in their sh#tty little world.

Go ... be you... let it go...

It'll come back around
Because you can do what you like, but you can't forget who you are
