Hey guys, thinking of buying a website, so I thought I'd come here for some quick advice.
The website in question gets 3,000 unique views each month. It generates ~$50 each month, but could probably generate more if it was properly monetized (currently monetized with affiliate programs for unrelated products). It's on the subject of SEO writing, which is something I'm a bit of an 'expert' at anyways, so generating good content for it would be a breeze.
I could get this website for $200. Kinda sounds like a no brainer to me, as it would pay itself off in four months max.
For anyone who's purchased a site before, what kinds of factors do you look at when deciding? Should I pull the trigger on this one? Thanks.
