How did it help you?

It's helped me structure my thought process to understand which task to tackle first with regards to customer discovery.
They also offer to connect you to potential customers but I haven't used this feature yet - I'm finding my own through Facebook.

And what action did you take?

"Highly recommending" something just because it helped structure your thought process doesn't make much sense to me, add that to the crappy website and a "get customers in 15 minutes" sales video and there is something fishy here.

How exactly do they plan to connect you to your customers? Mentioned nowhere.
