Yeah he is saying something like there is a "parallel" or "symmetry" kind of gap open where private institutions or the Fed can financially engineer something to significantly reduce the debt burden.

Basically, yes everything is manipulated. The currency markets, the stock markets, the bond markets, interest rates. That's why in countries like in Russia they think like this. That's why from a game theory perspective they're like well WTF they can just do XYZ.

If I do securities manipulation I'm arrested, shamed and humiliated. But Blackrock and the Fed can perfectly and morally do it.

Yup for sure - the way it’s setup it really does seem the only way the US doesn’t make it out of the current economic uncertainty is issues within. The game is setup pretty well when your debt is in your own fiat currency you control. Well up until slowly the world stops buying it and sells things in other currencies. Then you gotta figure something else out or return to your non-synthetic economic roots.
