Still care what others think of you? Trying to please others?

I recorded this because I used to care what other people would think of me if I did or said different things.

Judgement. Ridicule.

What would happen if I put myself out there? I was scared of what might happen if I did or said the wrong thing, and upset others.

This led to nowhere...

Now I ask myself, what would happen if i don't put myself out there?

What would happen if I didn't spend my life doing the things I wanted to do?

For me - I lived through my greatest fears and realized I'm still alive. All judgement is self judgement. There's a process I use that is hard to explain thorough a post here. I'll do a video on it sometime
