Hi,

My name is Barry, and I develop software, mobile, web and desktop applications for businesses.

I started coding when I was 9 (1981) on a BBC Model B and my first game was published for the ZX Spectrum in 1983.

Games were my passion, until some idiots flew planes into my publisher's investors office (9/11). Since then I have been creating bespoke apps for small companies in the UK. Selling my time for money!

I know I need to create a product, and I have many times. However, I struggle with letting the rest of the UK, let alone the World, know they exist!

Reading Fastlane changed my view of business, it explained why I was struggling and why some of my products are no good as they do not offer enough value to the customer. CENTS is now my test for any new idea, I had been creating a formula for new ideas but CENTS is a lot simpler to apply to any app, never mind business.

I am here to learn how to get my message across. Posting on LinkedIn gets page views but not registrations.
