I am sure he can learn from his mistakes of trolling and if he wants to speak his mind then he can speak it to himself and not on the forums?

But then again, I do not know if this person has had a history of trolling.

Boz he had been around a while before he went off the deep end. By his actions he chose to exclude himself from the forum. By his own admission nothing has changed.

Everyone is welcome on the fastlane forum but there are rules that each member has the responsibility to observe. Warnings are routinely given if the lines are crossed. Repeated violation of the rules gets the member excused from participation. The choice of behavior is up to each individual member.

All this is fancy talk for....We did not exclude him from the fastlane, he excluded himself.

He had multiple chances, Boz. You don't know all the crap he dealt out.

There is nothing wrong w/someone who speaks their mind.

But in the world of business, you need to take others' feelings and interests into account.

Business is not about "ME ME ME". It's about growing your assets, sure. But not by insulting and denigrating others. It's about working on something THAT BENEFITS BOTH PARTIES.

Gaulkin never "got" that.

He was just in it for himself.

Someday, perhaps he'll look back on this, and realize he was a putz.

Or not.
