Hey everyone,
I'm Gabriel Mihalcea, a Romanian guy, 35, living in the UK for the past 11 years who recently had a strong change in perspective about the path I was on. The idea is that MJ DeMarco's books shifted something in me that started a chain reaction I can't stop now. It was this last drop that pushed me 'over the edge' (in a positive way) and also to became a member of this forum.
I was a "slow lane worker" up until recently; as a "side hustle" I was in the creative media market doing some basic photography and filmmaking and as well as I've been a blogger for quite some time (more for others than myself); I was always a dreamer, going with the side lane...
Anyway, I became obsessed with trying to make a change so I went all-in with a project - which I have no intention of disclosing just yet (hopefully will be live by summer). I dreamt and planned for way too long. But at least, I am here now. I also look to becoming more disciplined and enough to maintain a strong and consistent work towards this uncertain but still, exciting future.
I only hope I got the spirit that can advance me towards an entrepreneurial mindset and hopefully, one day, to have a good impact and consider myself a fastlaner.
Simultaneously, I'm doing global business/business management in London; I know this is not the fuel I need for what I do, but I'm an open-minded person and I love to simply learn, read, and learn some more. I have a strong feeling, firstly, that I can learn from all of you and this forum, and secondly, that I can also contribute on my side if there's something I can answer.
I know this may seem like a long topic, but honestly... I like writing, a lot
