The best way for me to describe my business is to link it to this post, If this is not ok with MJ or the moderators please delete my post. I'm not trying to spam, just would like you ideas on how I should protect myself...

This is my company, I've been in the business a long time and I've always had partners and allowed them to over see the legal aspects of the company. But now I want to go on my own, I'd like to know from those of you who can give me the real pro's and con's if I decide to go with a LLC. I'd also be interested in info on going Corp.
