So, someone contacted me stating they would like to buy my domain name. I'm game for selling.

Then, they email back and say... okay, transfer to me, then I will pay you.

So, probably a scam, but it brings up an interesting question.

Is there any service out there ... a 'title company' for domain names that can assist in the transfer of domain names.... to make sure everyone delivers?
