So I just registered my business in Belize. I will do around $200,000 in profit this year, $750,000 next year and about $1,200,000 year 2016.
After that I'm planning on selling it for $5,000,000 - $7,000,000.
Now my question is: Does it matter that my company is registered in Belize? Will it be harder to sell because of this? Would I get more for it if I had i registered in the US or in the EU?
Anyone have experience with this?
