I am also a refugee from the RD site. Mostly a lurker, but try and contribute when I have something to say.
I am primarily REI, I have two rentals now, one section 8 the other not. I also help my Mom manage her five rentals. Next step in my plan is to get a four-plex, to gain more experience with multi-family and build my "resume" for commercial multi-family. I've learned to pay attention to SteveO's posts. I know I am still slowlane, but would like to think I at least have the turn signal on.
Great stuff on this board already, reminds me of the RD vintage stuff.
