Hey guys. This time of the year Stone may not be the best venue. They are generally super busy and if that day falls on an event we may not be able to accomodate everyone.

Just a question. What is the main criteria in selecting a venue for a meet up? Judging from the last meet up I don't think it needs to be a place that serves alcohol. Do we need to meet at a place that serves food? Would a coffee shop work? Would a park work? Would you rather have a quiet place or someplace with ambiance?

Is any city in N. County ok? San Marcos, Carlsbad, Vista?

Something in the Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Mira Mesa area?
Nothing is much better than anything else coming from Ramona.
Anything that's just a hop off of one of the freeways.

I think that the person that takes the lead (you) would deserve extra input. However, something close to I-15 seems most convenient for most. The last location wasn't located badly. It just sucked for an old guy with a cane and hearing aids.

Any corner bakery or panera type place sounds good, in mira mesa or carmel mountain or maybe north park but its harder to park there.

Unfortunately, will have to miss this one. My littlest lady is kicking off her first ever soccer game... With the traffic experience of last Sat noon-time drive, I wouldn't be able to swing it. Unless someone has a small aircraft or helicopter wishing to pickup and drop off so I can be at both events?

Forgot to mention this in case anyone is reading this before entering. There is no hostess to ask for the fastlane group. Just look for Jon. The guy with the mustache and we will find each other.

Jon was the easiest person to identify at B&P, in part due to his mustachio and in part due to his smokin' hot wife.

Really well. TC is taking the lead and doing a great job. The hard part is that in our current incarnation, it's hard to get much beyond intros and "what do you do, what would you like to do?"

I think we'll get it figured out. Maybe not until after B & P.

Props to TC for driving 3 hours to get here!
