Hey everyone,
Vitals: 20 years old
College student at the University of New Hampshire.
How I make money? Slow lane- I cook seafood
Right now I sit here at my most desperate of times. I have a wanting to do greater things, we all do, but I am actually attempting to figure out a plan to do these things. My past 5 years between mid highschool,graduation and my first 2 years of college were full of procrastination, late night parties, and reckless living. Now I'm ready for something out. First off, I have fully embraced total sobriety, not a hit or a sip or anything ,ever. My father died when I was 6 and left my mom to struggle with a low paying teaching job. My main wish in life is to show her that she raised a great man, and to give her a life she fully deserves. This is where serious money comes into play.
I do not wish to be 50 years old working a 9-5 throwing all my money into savings to retire confortably at 65. Hell, I don't wish to be ever working a 9-5 past college. I know for a fact I want to make my own rules and I want to set my own path. I know I am on the right path as far as my thinking. I know I need to provide something people want, a service, a product, advice...something. I need to find my niche. My problem is, I am CONSTANTLY hitting roadblocks. I am tired, so tired of hearing my mother and step father talk of money struggles, I am self sustaining but it is not enough. I seek a life far above the low class life I sit in now (granted my family was able to score a house in a very,very rich town on the coast of new hampshire about a decade ago, it IS a struggle.) That is why I have come here, I seek guidance, I am a great and avid learner, but there is only so much I can do on my own. I see many places in which to pave a road, but I cannot decide where to begin laying the concrete.
I am not here to beg, I am merely here to find my way, I am here to rise above the place I am at,
I look forward to the journey above,
