I went to West Palm Beach to visit my uncle 2 weeks ago and it reminded me how much I miss Florida.

I've been in Mississippi for 2 years. I originally moved here because it's cheaper because I was just starting out my business. While it is indeed cheap, turning 31 somehow hit me more than turning 30 and made me realize that I can't wait too long before moving back to Florida because even though I don't go out a lot, the lifestyle is a lot better, there are many more people to meet, taxes are awesome and the weather is better.

I'm planning on buying a house/condo in Florida next year and I was wondering if you guys have any recommendations on where to move?

A few things that are important to me in order of importance:
- Good walkable places like parks/trails/downtown area.
- Not in the middle of nowhere (e.g. Lakeland)
- Opportunity to meet many young adults (under 30)
- Good nature spots.
- More local people than tourist.
- Semi high/high population.
- No crazy traffic.
- low crime

I started my research and crossed off a lot of cities but the one that I have in my list for now are: Tampa, St-Pete, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Clearwater.

That said if you have any city to suggest or things to consider feel free to let me know.

Thanks,

Claude
