Here's some (simple) things I've done lately that have dramatically improved my mood:
— Watch the Sunrise or Sunset
— Leave the House
— Connect with Someone
— Do Something Different
— Look for New Opportunities
Checking off ONE is huge.
Checking all 5 is like the best day you could have.
