First of all, my english is not so perfect (I'm german) so I'm sorry if my text may not be grammatical right.
I work at the public service administration and I realy don't like my job and I also hate beeing an employee and dependend on others.
My biggest goal is to generate proffessional and financial freedom. I first read "The Millionair Fastlane" and since then I'm very much into this mindset ( thank you DeMarco)!
First I tried some things until I found for myself the bussiness idea I'm trying now.
My idea is to search for real estate for investors based on their purchased profile. After I found one, I pass on the offer as a Tipp to the investor and then I (hopefully) get paid prozentual to the wholesale price. I'm not a Real estate agent, the bussiness is called dealtrader. So far as I know it's not common here in germany so I think there is a gap in the market for that here! I also think it's a great way to start in the real estate bussiness without any starting capital needed.
As of today I didn't made a deal with it. I feel like it may be hard to start a bussiness like that with a full time 8,5 hours a day job. But the thing is I don't know yet if my bussiness idea will work. I also do invest in stocks, etf and kryptos.
I was able to save around 25.000€ (~30.000$ I think). Its not much, but I'm proud about every cent. I have zero debt and no family to take care of yet.
So as for now, I'm stuck between go fulltime on my bussiness with a plan, which I dont know will work or work at a job I dont like and slow down the prozess for my goal but beeing able to save money and have a secure income untiL my bussiness works. So I would be thankfull for your opinions and for any tipps.
