If my goal is to get more backlinks, does it matter how I insert my url in my sig line?

Example: Ilovechucknorris.com - i love chuck norris Resources and Information. v I love Chuck Norris, and so should you

Is one way better than another as far as backlinks go?

...Also, if I change out the links in my sig line, and the forum updates all my past posts with the new sig line link, then do I get backlinks from that?
