I’ll try to keep this short:

What protects me, or anyone, from having their nutritional supplement product ripped off?

Let’s say I get 10,000 capsules of the perfect fatloss blend, and get that all bottled and labeled. What prevents me from copying a popular formula verbatim, and selling it at half the price on amazon?

For example this product below (picture), why couldn’t I make a cheaper version of it and change two letters and sell it on amazon?

The inverse concerns me as well, what if I create a great formula and do tons of facebook marketing and charge 60 for it and then someone comes along and sells the same shit for half the price?

Google sucks at answering this question.
Basically if it doesn’t have a patent around it or formula trademark, I should be in the clear.

Nobody?
I’m sort of waiting until I figure this out before taking next steps.

Well, AFAIK there is no easy way to extract information about how to make a product.
I had this with a lube. Bought "original" and let the chemist do it for me.
It wasn't done in 100%.
(besides of course marketing and other things)

It’s super easy to copy a supplement blend.

If it's super easy - then it's no problem.
You can "copyright" new substances - but I don't see how can you copyright blend. Always can go 20% instead of 19% and so on.
