Hi everyone,
I am still in college and today congress just about doubled my interest rate on the loans i had to take out. Luckily for me it wasn't a huge amount because of scholarships and other things but I think I may have found a need that I would like to address. Instead of pay the government 12% for a college loan I want to create a company that specializes in college students and parents. There are several obstacles, lack of collateral being one of them, but I was hoping some of the great people out there could point me in a direction where I could get information on how to start up a loan service, or even how existing ones got started.
