PPC Manager Pains

I am really struggling trying to locate a PPC manager for my newest venture. My previous manager is very close friends with Perry Marshall and his skills were amazing. Problem is he is so busy he cant take on any new clients so im searching for someone new.

I have found that the Perry Marshall Skill set seems to be a winner. I have personally seen some fantastic results and need to find a new person that practices something similar.

I refuse to use a large company that just hands the account to someone that could care less, been there done that. I prefer the self employed type with a great personality. I feel its important to connect with your marketer to form a good relationship.

Does anyone have any referrals?
