If so, what platform did you use and how did you like it.

Is it worth starting with that or finding a coder to do it for you?

Haven't used any non-developer friendly platforms, so can't help with suggesting one.

In general, platforms may be a better choice for content-only apps. If your app needs some logic it's better to find a decent coder.

@MJ DeMarco Idk if you want an automation to keep people from soliciting numbers, but this regex would test for phone-numbers (agnostic to formating) and allow you to disallow postings where this regex returns true for their string:
