Looks like a great tool. I'm thinking there aren't a lot of folks here using Pintrest to drive traffic. Doesn't the platform skew toward the ladies?

I know nothing about pinterest and did not include it in my marketing mix. Mostly because I have zero clue how to use that platform and put my eggs in the instagram basket instead.

I'm launching in a month or so - is pinterest (and this tool) something that can help me build a following that would be receptive to a launch announcement in the near future? Is it hands off (it seems that way?) or is it rather involved on my end?

If you think I can benefit from this I will happily "guinea pig" this for you with my new brand and report back to others on what I experienced when using it.

Right now my artists's have awesome followings but I have almost none of my own so this is a pain point for me right now.

I read an interesting article about Pinterest demographics, and it heavily skews towards affluent, older, women. I apologise for the French Google link, I'm on Vaca in Paris and it wont change to the usual .com or .ca.

Hi @healzer I'm not sure about Pintrest, however I'm willing to learn. Also a product that I've just sourced and landed from China is most likely to be bought (I'm assuming) by females, though untested as yet.

My wife uses it in her work (nursery teacher) and I just feel there's something there I'm missing out on. I can only promise that I won't waste the opportunity and will give it a full and thorough review.

I would be interested in taking you up on the review offer if you have one left. I've had a Pinterest page set up for about a year but currently only have 700 followers. Sounds like a really useful tool to get followers up and thereby free traffic.
