Physician building a clinical SaaS tool, looking for honest feedback

I'm a sports medicine physician with zero startup experience, working on my first business idea and looking for brutally honest feedback.

I perform trigger point injections, a common procedure used by physicians and physiotherapists (dry needling). One challenge that nobody really talks about is the uncertainty in needle depth. The correct depth varies significantly depending on the patient's body composition. Too shallow and the treatment fails; too deep and there's risk of hitting nerves, blood vessels, or, in some areas, even the lung.

After years of performing these procedures, I realized that everyone estimates depth largely based on experience and feel. I couldn't find a tool designed to help clinicians make these decisions more confidently.

So I built MyoMap, a clinical decision support tool that helps practitioners performing trigger point injections and dry needling by:

• Estimating BMI-adjusted needle depth
• Suggesting likely muscle targets based on symptoms
• Recommending appropriate needle size
• Providing safety considerations for each region
• Automatically generating procedure notes for EMRs

I used AI no-code tools to build a working prototype without spending any money or writing code myself.

Current stage: I'm validating the idea with physiotherapists and physicians before investing further. I won't spend money until I have at least 10 people who say they'd pay for it.

The current business model is a SaaS subscription for clinicians, with potential expansion into certification and provider directories if demand warrants.

I'm looking for feedback on:

1. Does this sound like a real problem worth solving?
2. Is niche clinical SaaS a viable business model?
3. What red flags or blind spots do you see?
4. If you were the target user, what would make you trust and pay for a tool like this?
5. Does the live prototype communicate value clearly, or am I missing the mark?

If this is a terrible idea, I'd rather hear that now than after investing significant time and money.
