Quick question.
I live in the US and thinking of hiring an offshore worker and using PayPal to pay them.
I know some of you guys have done this already. Had a couple of questions.
1: How much of a headache is it?
2: Did you have to file 1099s/other paper work for offshore workers?
3: Is there a better way than PayPal?
I do have a chat with my accountant hopefully next week but I want to hear about your experience from a business owners perspective.
