Ownership of Inventions Clause -Enforceable or Scare Tactic?

    Hey guys, just wanted to see if anyone has experience with an Ownership of Inventions and Works of Authorship clause.

    Is this type of clause enforceable? Or is it one of those clauses that are used mostly as a scare tactic.
