I played around with for a little bit with OpenAI's new browser Atlas.

I gave it this prompt: "Me and my fiancee will go to Jacksonville to look at rental properties to stay in. Our budget is $1800/month. We want two bedrooms and two baths. And we ideally want the property to be in a safe neighbourhood with low crime and the property is a complex with a community pool, gym, common area, etc. We also want the people that live there to be around our age which is 25-40."

I could definitely see this being very useful if you need to understand a lot of information very quickly. There is probably a bunch other other use cases that this can be really handy for and I am just scratching the surface. I will update more as I have spent more time with it.
