I gave it this prompt: "Me and my fiancee will go to Jacksonville to look at rental properties to stay in. Our budget is $1800/month. We want two bedrooms and two baths. And we ideally want the property to be in a safe neighbourhood with low crime and the property is a complex with a community pool, gym, common area, etc. We also want the people that live there to be around our age which is 25-40."
It came back with this response:
I thought that was pretty cool that it scans the internet to find properties that fits my preferences and included a link to all the properties (unsure if Chatgpt did that before).
I could definitely see this being very useful if you need to understand a lot of information very quickly. There is probably a bunch other other use cases that this can be really handy for and I am just scratching the surface. I will update more as I have spent more time with it.
But has anyone played around with it, if so what are your thoughts? Could you see this being useful for your business/research/content creation/marketing/etc.?
