On every website where i try to sign up for my country is never available

I tried to sign up for Upwork , PayPal and many other websites so I can try to do something but my country is never available. is there anything at all I can do to solve this problem?

You can legally connect to you PayPal account from another country. If they suspend your account you can contact them and tell them you are using a VPN for privacy reasons.

I don't think they can prevent access to your account for that reason.

Edit: Anguilla seems to be available on PayPal..?
