Hi @eliquid,
Thank you very much for bumping, but also for this full thread.
I'm so grateful for that.
So many interesting things are mentioned, that's an incredible thread.
The thread also comes perfectly to me since I'm questioning myself for a few years, with ups and downs.
I was really happy to join my company 18 months ago, but I feel like I will reach some limits there.
And guess what?
- You come with the bump
- I start a coaching that includes Eneagramm
- I did the gallup test
And I really feel like more than ever that all these things about knowing ourself is the best way to succeed, whatever may be behind this "success" word.
The coach I chose also has a very interesting approach: he recommends NOT to do some eneagramm type tests, and discover by ourself, by reading articles about the types and apply the "via negativa" approach (i.e. saying "I don't recognize myself in types X, Y & Z, etc." until only one type is left).
Also since 2 years now I'm setting up goals and intentions for the year, with review at the end of the year - it's incredible how valuable it is. I even set up a monthly review to readjust in case it's necessary.
--> I'm feeling like with all these elements I will someday succeed in the Fastlane
Thanks a million again for your posts
