Where can I find NDA's? I have a sample one that I have been using for my patented product that has worked, but im needing one for a mobile app.

Long story short I came up for a name and idea for a mobile app and one of my friends, friends is supposed to be helping us, but he skipped school the other day to work on the app. We talked to him today, and hes doing a classic mark zuckerberg and I believe he is going to be more problem in the future than beneficial.

Anyways I have a friend who is an adult that can enter into a contract so i would prefer to work with him as he has a more experienced background, and isnt a liabilty. I just need to find an NDA that i can send to him so we can begin working etc. Are there certain NDA's that i can tailor to the situation. I cant seem to find one that would allow me to explain in the contract what the proprietary information is.
