What could we accomplish if we took the energy used for complaining and used it for building a lifestyle that doesn't prompt the desire to complain?

I love this post! I think my life may just have been changed. I am starting on this today. ...Overall I think I am a really positive person, and I have learned to be a matador to negative people and thoughts, but there are still some areas where negativity or thinking small drain my energy.

I am going to rate this post 5 stars, and I really hope that this spawns several other threads about how people are applying these principals and the changes that they see. Man I love this website!

Thanks for the link. I read this book but never looked at his blog. My DH has a negative side & sometimes I feel it coming out in me. I am putting the rubberbands on tommrow to change the habit.

Kudos ladies for seeing an opportunity for yourselves. I started today myself, I knew yesterday would be a set back so I waited to start til today and so far so good.
