Hi fastlaners.

I launched a new retail business a few months back, but I am currently dependent on Amazon, Buy.com, and eBay. So, I set up this new consumer site this week, and am still getting all of the kinks out of it (and we've already started getting orders... which is surprising.)

Anyway, I wanted you all to check it out. I am using off the shelf store setup from BigCommerce (thanks to a recommendation from here...) and have integrated Amazon/Google/Paypal payment formats.

If you would, please take a spin over there and give me your candid, honest feedback. I may agree or disagree, but I will listen to everything you say about it. It's still rough, but solid enough that I will get some play with it during the Christmas holidays.

Please look at the marketing messages, the look and feel of the site and items, and general impressions. Is it credible? Is it secure to you as a consumer? Would you buy there if not for the fabulous discount I am giving you? I'm a big boy... give me your straight impressions. If I agree with and can address your concerns within the off the shelf software I am using... I will try.

Long term, we need to ween our success off of Amazon, eBay, and Buy.com. Our own direct site is the best way to accomplish that.

p.s. I already have a ticket in on one known problem... there's some issue at BigCommerce right now where the shopping cart doesn't properly display Amazon/Google/Paypal options simultaneously. You will see that as you play with your shopping cart. You can use all three options, but BigCommerce has a trouble ticket in on the way that the site is handling the complexity of having all three options simultaneously. If you decide to buy, though... you will be able to find all three options. So I do know about that bug.
