Hi Fastlaners,
Been lurking for a couple of months while remaining focused on small incremental daily activities (The Kaizen Way).
Since my last post, I joined an accountability group and can't tell you what a positive difference it has made to my productivity. We meet everyday on Skype for up to 7 minutes each (3 of us) and confirm that we did what we said we were going to do the day before, (takes 10 seconds), then discuss any roadblocks or new learning points. Not done your activities... 3 strikes and you're out!
Anyway, the reason why I'm writing is I would like to have some honest feedback about my website. My model is built on creating low maintenance residual income by providing free business websites and only charging for hosting and maintenance.
The most frequently asked question I get is, "How can you afford to make websites for free?"
This has prompted me to ask myself,"How are potential clients perceiving my offer?"
And that is my question to you...
Without going into the how I do it (I don't want to have any influence on your first impression), can you please take a look at my website and if you're open to it, provide candid feedback, recommendations and so forth on what you think.
I have built up a small client database (84) as of this day of writing. I spread them across different servers under different identities. Here is my site: Free Web Design Services build free business websites. 01484-906160
Thanks in advance for any feedback, it's much appreciated.
