What's up Fastlaners?! I can't believe it took me this long to join this awesome community! I first read TMF several years ago and it changed my life. I've since read it several times a year and always recommend (and give copies of it away) it to all my friends & colleagues.
I am a 29 year old Entrepreneur and Investor. I own several restaurant franchises and invest in real estate. My restaurants are in both the full service and fast food sectors. For my real estate business I've built an automated direct mail marketing system that I use to find off-market deals that I either wholesale, fix and flip, or hold for my own rental portfolio to build passive cash flow. Right now I am based out of Charlotte, NC and have businesses in NC, SC, and GA.
My current projects: building a full-service bar/restaurant in SC, 4 fast food units in GA, 2 spec homes in NC, and I own operating restaurants in NC and SC, and rental property in NC.
My future aspirations include acquisition of large apartment complexes, publishing, and building an online presence/personal brand. I'm very passionate about members of my generation (millenials) building multiple streams of income to break free of society's ridiculous imposed model of go to school, get a job, work your whole life, and die (e.g. the slowlane!!).
Anyway, I look forward to networking with like-minded people and offering value in any capacity possible! Cheers!
