Hi guys, as this is my first post on the forum, pardon me if I'm not in the right place. I'd appreciate some advise on building my business system. I'm just a small fry business owner compared to most guys here but I have a dream of expanding my business constantly and eventually use my business to start investing in Real Estate for passive income.

I started my electronics retail business (new / used) in 2011 and till this moment, I own 2 branches and bought 2 income generating assets (I bought 2 apartments in 2012 and rented both of them out). I'll be expanding my 2nd branch to a much bigger space (2 story shop space) come this 1st Jan 2013.

As we keep growing, there are many factors I need to think about. For instance money management, introducing a very effective inventory software to control our store inventory and so on. I basically do not take any dividends or pay check from this business as I re invested all the net income into my business to grow it even bigger every month.

Part of my business system

* When we do a purchase, the staff will scan the item details & serial no into the inventory software then print out the barcode for that item and so on.

* When we do a sales, the staff will scan the item barcode & serial no as well then receipts are printed out for the customers.

* I also introduced things like barcode printers, barcode scanners to make sales and reference much more easier.

* If I wanna check a particular item, I will simply scanned in the particular item's serial no into our inventory software and all details like when was the purchase date, vendors, cost price, etc.... will show up in an a blink of an eye.

* I also installed a router (Local Area Network) so all sales terminals will be able to share information as well as recording sales or purhase from any of the sales terminals in both branches.

* Many many more things.... in order to keep everything in an orderly fashion.

I hired a manager and some staff to run the system I created. I don't usually go to my shops everyday but I'll called my manager for any updates constantly.

My point is that what kind of people or professional company should I approach so they can think and give me advise on what needs to be put into my system in order for it to grow even bigger?

Thank you very much.
