e-Millionaires: Please Advise on my Online Business Strategy! ty

First of all thank you for taking the time to read my post and call for help and guidance.
I would very much appreciate this forum’s advice especially from successful online savvies with the internet business strategy/plan I am about to tackle on January 2012.

Need Help with:

• I have being doing some research on what people desperately need and have problems with but the thing is that there are so many niches that need solutions to and these solutions require developing several websites for each niche and promoting other people’s physical and informational products which is basically affiliate marketing (slowlane); My question is: How do I turn it fastlane? I thought about selling other peoples products and creating my own informational products as a cross sale! Please advise. I also thought about creating multiple websites that target these niches but then I wouldn’t be building a brand but promoting someone else’s although I’d have created an Intentional Iteration (II) half-fastlane half-slowlane business model! What do you think?

• About Keyword Research: I’ve almost tried them all from Market Samurai, Keyword Optimizer Pro 2, Wordtracker, TrafficTravis to Google Keyword Tool: which one is a better indication of potential niches and how do you go about finding that out? For example in Wordtracker, is finding a highly monthly searched keyword with a higher KEI and lower Competition (IAAT) is enough to go for that keyword assuming that there is a market/need for it?

• Also, how can I go about creating a web application that will provide value and automated services to these different niches; the only thing I can think of is to allow users to search for and find solutions (other people’s products) by listing them in one specific niche (categories) and it sub niches and sub sub niches then that will be difficult to rank for and again promoting other people’s product although I would have created a branded website

Advantages:

Time: I have plenty of time to concentrate on this strategy
Passion: I will do what it takes to make it happen and help millions in need as I keep reminding myself of the potential rewards that it will bring afterwards.
Knowledge:

• I know how to develop web database driven applications and I think it’s a good strategy to utilize because it provides higher barrier of entry that the traditional wordpress based website.
• Some basic internet marketing knowledge about SEO, landing/sales pages, keyword research, list building…

Yes it’s great to be motivated and seek knowledge and have time but most importantly is the global picture, strategy, plan that needs to be well analyzed before venturing into the business;
