Need Advice On A Non-existing Relationship

So, Here's my current situation, I'm 16 years old now I joined this forum when I was 15. I found really great mentors here and a lot of amazing advices which helped in making money from Facebook ADS, CPA, and a YouTube Channel(which is dead now cause of my Inconsistency).

SO there's this girl which I really like and she's having her birthday in about the next 30 mins and last time I texted her was on 29th March. Since then we've made spotify playlist but none of us really texted each other.

I have feelings for this girl for a REALLY LONG TIME but she's bisexual and it feels like she has a crush on some other girl. But The Main point is should I Text her we don't usually talk much last time I texted she was being all ignorant. But I assume it was mutual fault. I'm VERY CONFUSED. I can't explain the whole thing cause its just so confusing and complicated. When I feel like I shouldn't text her, there's a guilt feeling inside me that makes me think that I'm losing on all that time that I spent on trying to get close. To be honest its really putting strain on my mental health.

If I shouldn't text then please someone give me tips on how to manage the stuff going through my head. Everything was so fine when we texted but I had to focus on some stuff so I couldn't give her the time.

Cause there's a popular exam in my country which gets you in Government Engineering Colleges. Which have a selection ratio of 1%. Due to its preparation I couldn't focus on honing my Facebook ADS skills and other important things. The chances are slim and I have this scary feeling that what If I didn't get a college, which really puts stress on me. Tho I can get private colleges but the society here considers government colleges a very Important point for respect.
