I hope you all had a great thanksgiving! I have made tons of progress since my first post on here. I lurk all the time and I've read both books from MJ. They've helped guide me to where I am today. They were life changers.
Since reading both books and making my first post on here. I've paid off a lot of debt, bought two vacant lots/resold them for profit, and I am in the process of buying a pre-foreclosure home. I'll be going into it with $40,000 in equity. I will be renting out my current home and I will make around $450.00 a month in profit after all expenses are paid/money put away for future repairs etc...
Long story short I am in a better position thanks to all the info on here and MJ's books.
What I'm wanting to find is some sort of template I can start using to track my daily spending habits.
Do any of you have any suggestions or have a template laid out already you'd be willing to share?
I want to start tracking ALL money I spend daily. I REALLY want to start pinching pennies more and more. The goal is to start saving around $2,000 a month.
