Hi Folks, I have a financial services recruitment (executive search) firm in which I have hundreds of rich finance guys signing up and putting their personal information on my site. If I wanted to, I can get thousands of these guys to sign onto my site. My recruitment firm makes money only on placement. So its a famine or feast model. I can sometimes get a $30k placement and I sometimes have months where I get no placement. So I would like to monetize this massive list that I'm building. I've tried selling consulting services to candidates and it works 'ok' but I have not been able to create a sales funnel that is strong.

Your input on how to monetize a list of affluent candidates would definitely help me. Thanks in advance!
