So, how do you, as business owners, maintain clarity on your tasks and goals while consistently working with your best effort day-to-day?
I noticed that as soon as I started experience larger workloads day-to-day in my business that consist of "menial" tasks that don't really push the needle, I start loosing my focus on my goals and find it pretty mentally hard to task-switch and be engaged into something that is a needle pusher. I start compromising the quality of my work and I start loosing that "Entrepreneurial Spirit" that drove me to think of new improvements and opportunities to grow my business. It gets so bad that everything, even the simplest tasks gets overcomplicate in my head, which delays action.
I've already got the ball rolling with my business, but it's hardly been a year and I'm afraid of the business I built and it's growth slipping out of my hands due to my own behavior.
I reach out to you for your insights and perspective on this issue I'm currently facing.
Is the answer to my question something far more simpler that I am leading myself on to think?
