I wondered who can relate to me here with that I feel currently. I go to bed every night almost angry that I haven't achieved what I want. I know I am not working to my full potential because I do not have a current project that I want to accelerate. I lay awake wondering what it is I can do but I have no goal post to aim for.

I currently do events yet its not where I want to be, I do not want to put my effort here as rather than be fast lane it is just a time for money venture. Well paid but weekends and evenings which is hard with a child etc.

I am ready to go full steam ahead at a new project but finding that thing that excites me, inspires me and really gets me going is causing me confusion and a feeling of losing.

I feel days are going by that could of been a day spent on my new project, I know I have what it takes but cannot focus this

No goal means no results. Make a long-term goal. Then create an action plan to achieve that goal. Fit that plan into your schedule. Then do it. If you have no goal your goal is to get a goal. So your action plan is to sit down with no distractions and stare at a piece of paper until you figure out your goals.

It's going to be hard to find something inspiring and exciting. That is very surface-level thinking. Getting in shape is inspiring until you're running in the cold at 5 am. People would say Elon Musk is doing inspiring and exciting things but he would tell you it's just a bunch of work. Find a long-term inspiring goal and then go through the painful work to achieve it.

Cheers for replying, exactly no goal post means no heading. I really need to find something that gets me out of events mainly. Or supplying to events a different way rather than being the service.

I suggest that in the near future you read a book that will open a new world of possibilities for you.
There are lots of books I could recommend, but just because I read them does not mean you should connect with them either.
So I suggest you go to the nearest bookstore, and find something that resonates you in the field of personal development or business.
