Hello everybody, I recently graduated (amidst the pandemic) and decide to embark on an entrepreneurship journey. While in Mexico I worked in a digital marketing agency and I decided to applied what I learned to a rela estate website (think Zillow or apartments.com). After returning to my home country (Honduras) I decided to try my luck at being an entrepreneur.
Basically, we pool together properties from many different agencies and showcase them. When we close a deal we charge a commission depending on the deal we have with said agency or agent. Also, we offer value added services such as web design, photography, renders, blueprints, etc. In order to function as a one stop shop for everything real estate.
I would greatly appreciate any feedback I can receive.
