I actually thought Dr Dre had done it with his Beats headphones and other businesses, however Jay-Z has just pipped him onto the Forbes list.

Love this guy's hustle, I never really rated him as an artist, though I do like a couple of his tunes (Empire State Of Mind and Onto The Next One), and he's just proved that he is the number 1 hip-hop hustler.
