As someone who avoids crappy food at all costs, I too had this thought.
Chipotle uses organic ingredients and a good portion of the animal proteins are organic or pasture-raised
Panera is a close second
As for a more fast-food approach and not fast-casual, Amy's the frozen organic food line had plans to create McDonalds style food establishments with good food - i think only on the west coast for now
