Hi!
Is establishing fast food chain a good idea (in terms of C.E.N.T.S.)?
I live in Poland and kebab's are very popular in my country.
From one side, if something is popular there's risk that it will be bad because of market competition and weak entry barriers (weak, because it's so popular so many enterpreneurs would like to open this kind of business, so big market competition).
From the other side, it's so interesting, that we have so many places with kebab and I didn't see any of them as bankrupt.
Maybe because its so popular and as I see, also places with poor quality food works (maybe not so good as others, but still).
Control.
As a owner, I could have control on my business, but maybe not for 100%, cause for example meat will be purchased from suppliers/producers (from the other side if one producer will break the deal, I can make a deal with others).
Costs of media, premises rental...who will predict it?
Entry.
To open own fast food, you should have some money, so the beginning is not so easy as for example dropshipping, but from the other side popularity of this business model makes that there is a lot of competition.
Need.
It's so popular in my country.
Kebab fast foods without unique value also exists, of course I would like to make the best quality, but maybe on this kind of business we can make some things better than competition, but is a big difference possible?
Kind of meat, good service...the differences are probably not so big.
Time.
It can be automated as I think.
Scale.
Making franchising or more own locals, on whole country (maybe on other countries, but here is othe variable, that is local habits).
Could you tell me, is it good idea for Fastlane business?
Thanks for answer, have a nice day for all
