So I was just getting started in learning app development, when i checked a couple of posts here where people mentioned app development but in most cases it wasnt people learning app development. It was people using other drag-drop tools to help them setup a website or create a demo for an app or even a proper app(not sure about that).
I really wanted to learn a new skill and also wanted to create an app and learning app development seems just right. But i also want to learn digital marketing and i am confused about to what to learn. Is it worth it spending several months to learn a skill, practicing it as you go along and then starting marketing that skill once you have "completed the course" or felt that you are good enough? How do you determine that? Do you search for jobs relating to that skill while learning it, or do you wait and learn and then start working?
@andyblack your 2 cents on this?
